Two Tribes will work closely with you to achieve web sales and will adapt the process to best fit your company's needs.
- Setting the Cornerstone: It all starts with the product and customers: A critical first step to a successful web sales channel is to ensure that the web site clearly and directly reflects your customers needs and how your product or service meets those needs. Speaking to your customers and reviewing the competitive environment is the cornerstone of the process
- Laying the Foundations: Having the correct technical and business infrastructure in place to support the web channel is vital. We survey your existing business and technical environment to assess their suitability to selling on the web. This step also involves implementing the agreed upon product messaging, web site design & analytics as well as business process changes necessary to support the sales activity.
- Building & Maintaining: Two-Tribes views the web channel as a funnel made up of 3 major stages:
- Attracting relevant customers
- Creating a satisfying on and off line presale customer experience (preventing abandonment, improving conversion etc)
- Creating a positive and satisfying post-sales customer experience
We will work to train your current resources, as well as supplement resources where necessary, to ensure that each of these steps is achieved successfully.
- Developing: We will continue to manage and look for ways to grow the web channel either through identifying strategic partners or natural organic growth, working closely to ensure the web channel is fully aligned with the rest of your business.
