Thanks for the info about loop11, looks really useful, it&#039;s the kind of thing we could use with our clients. I guess I will have to wait to try it out once it goes public, or I get an invite.

I&#039;ve used Clicktale too and had some pretty good results.  Another tool you should try is Loop11 (www.loop11.com). This one lets you run online unmoderated user testing.  It&#039;s great if you can&#039;t afford usability consultants to perform the testing for you.
